- Hill walking & Nordic Walking in some of the South East’s most picturesque areas including coastal, parkland and mountains
- Resistance, Core & Flexibility in our personal training studio
- Fitness & Health assessments
- Nutrition & Fitness talks
- Full use of day spa
- All meals & snacks
- 4 nights accommodation
Note: To make the camp more pleasurable for yourself, start walking 2 - 4 weeks before you attend.
Daily Structure - All Programmes
- 7.30am - 8.00am: Breakfast
- 8.00am - 9.00am: Nutrition and weight management talk
- 9.00am - 1.00pm: Nordic walking
- 1.00am - 2.30pm: Lunch
- 2.30pm - 3.30pm: Resistance training / Kinesis Wall & Core
- 5.00pm - 7.30pm: Hill Walking
Note: Sunday schedule differs slightly as the course concludes at 2.30pm
