FAQ'sFit4all run specialist weight loss camps in Wexford and Castlebar which are generally targeted for clients who have upto 4 stone to lose.

These courses are run over 4 days on a monthly basis at each venue and act as the ideal kickstart to any new healthy living regime, as they will provide the client with the knowledge of nutrition and fitness that is required to sustain a healthy lifestyle.

Our Weight Management Clinic is a new addition to 2010 where we target the larger individual who has in excess of 5 stone to lose.

We can tailor these clinics around the client and anticipate courses being from 1 to 3 weeks in duration. At present, we plan on running two of these courses in 2010.

Please Note: We are not a Boot Camp - our camps are designed to educate the client on a healthy lifestyle and we demonstrate this on all of our 4 day courses.

Our next camps are running as follows:

Wexford: April 22 to 25

Castlebar: May 13 to 16

Weight lossThe 4 Day Kickstart Programme

Learn the fundamentals of healthy living - our 4 day programme is designed to provide you with the kickstart you need to change your lifestyle:

  • Learn how to lose weight and maintain your weight loss
  • Reduce your body fat
  • Follow a life changing plan that is both safe and healthy
  • Gain important tips on how to lose weight for those special occassions
  • Train in a luxury state of the art environment
  • Learn Hill walking & Nordic Walking
  • You will be taught Resistance training, Core & Flexibility
  • Fitness & Health assessments
  • Listen to Nutrition & Fitness talks and learn important tips to aid weight loss
  • At the end of a busy day, relax and unwind in the hydrotherapy facilities available
  • All meals & snacks
  • 4 nights accommodation in fabulous settings
 

 Within the 4 days the client can expect to:

  • Lose upto 8lb
  • Understand the importance of good nutrition and how to design meals and aid weight loss
  • Have the ability to put together their own exercise plan based on exercises and techniques learned on the course
  • Kick start a life changing process

Daily Structure - All Programmes

  • 7.30am - 8.00am: Breakfast
  • 8.00am - 9.00am: Nutrition and weight management talk
  • 9.00am - 1.00pm: Nordic walking
  • 1.00am - 2.30pm: Lunch
  • 2.30pm - 3.30pm: Resistance training / Kinesis Wall & Core
  • 5.00pm - 7.30pm: Hill Walking

Note: Sunday schedule differs slightly as the course concludes at 2.30pm

Last Weight Loss Camp:

Average weight loss = 5.5lbs

Highest weight loss = 7.5lbs
