Fit4all run specialist weight loss camps in Wexford and Castlebar which are generally targeted for clients who have upto 4 stone to lose.
These courses are run over 4 days on a monthly basis at each venue and act as the ideal kickstart to any new healthy living regime, as they will provide the client with the knowledge of nutrition and fitness that is required to sustain a healthy lifestyle.
Our Weight Management Clinic is a new addition to 2010 where we target the larger individual who has in excess of 5 stone to lose.
We can tailor these clinics around the client and anticipate courses being from 1 to 3 weeks in duration. At present, we plan on running two of these courses in 2010.
Please Note: We are not a Boot Camp - our camps are designed to educate the client on a healthy lifestyle and we demonstrate this on all of our 4 day courses.

Castlebar: May 13 to 16
