Rehabilitation

Our Personal Trainers are qualified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and can therefore work with Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and Physical Therapists to help rehabilitate the client from injury.

The training studio at Fit4all consists of dedicated equipment that allows the trainer to conduct correct posture assessments in order to evaluate muscle alignment issues through a series of biomechanical assessments.

At Fit4all, postural assessment is an integral part of our induction process for all clients booked on personal training sessions. Correct muscle alignment is our target before we progress to the next level, which is the creation of a workout plan that will deliver results over a prescribed period of time.

Tony Murray is one of our key Trainers who specialises in this field – Tony has several years experience at both David Lloyds in London and Dublin and has many testimonials to validate his achievements - see Testimonial Tab.
