Our current list of outdoor fitness activities are as follows:
- Nordic Walking
- Hill Walking
- Mountain Biking
- Team Exercises & Sports
Typical Weekend:
- 10am to 12.30pm - Nordic Walking
- 12.30pm to 2.30pm - Lunch
- 3pm to 5.30pm - Kinesis Resistance Training, Core & Flexibility
- 5.30pm to 6.30pm - Dinner
- 6.30pm to 8.30pm - Relax at the end of the day in the Sauna, Steam Room and Outside Hot Tub
- Overnight accommodation
- 9am to 12pm - Hill Walking
- 1pm - Depart
Note: Mountain biking is also an option as a replacement to one of the above activities.

We train using the natural surroundings that Wexford has to offer:
- Beaches
- Forests
- Parkland
- Mountains
- Lakes
Clients will also use the state of the art training studios and benefit from our full day spa facilities
Course Details
Half Day (1 activity) : €80
Full Day (2 activities, meal): €125
Weekend (3 activities, meals, accommodation): €195
Note: meals and accommodation provided in prices for Full Day and Weekend courses
Accommodation is at Whites hotel of Wexford - Whites of Wexford
The courses will run with a minimum of 4 people
