The Fit4All philosophy is a personalised 'Total' approach to health, fitness and wellbeing.

Fit4all consists of a team of personal trainers who are specialists in outdoor activity courses ranging from weight loss camps to activity breaks and corporate weekends.

Our camps run for 2 days and are designed to provide the appropriate knowledge to progress your fitness ot weight loss objectives.

We are based out of the Lake District in Cumbria and run upto 20 courses per annum.
